Mission: CKS career readiness

Why

Earn the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) certification within one month to advance into more technical, security-aware cloud-native work. Build the practical judgment to secure and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, not merely memorise exam tasks.

Success looks like

• Complete timed, hands-on CKS-style tasks with a clear, repeatable workflow.
• Explain and apply least privilege, workload hardening, network isolation, and runtime investigation in a realistic cluster.
• Sit the CKS exam within one month with evidence from two full simulations and a focused error log.

Constraints

• One-month preparation window.
• Already completed CKA, CKAD, and KodeKloud CKS training; current gap is confidence and retrieval under time pressure.

Out of scope

• Broad security theory not directly useful for Kubernetes operations or the CKS exam window.
